Today Atlantic Global launched version 4.2 of our web based project management software.  The new release includes a major overhaul to the project planning functionality.  The new release replaces the current Project Plan and Project Plan Quick Edit view with a highly intuitive drag and drop project planning view.

Major new features include:

• Drag and Drop Task Creation
• Drag and Drop Dependencies
• Drag and Drop Task Duration Editing
• Ability to define Task Constraints
• Ability to specify different predecessor types
• Ability to select and resize columns in the task information panel
• Ability to hide the Gantt View to create simple task lists

Fixed Price Billing
For fixed price projects, the price agreed for the work and the billing schedule can easily be entered as a series of contract lines. Contract lines can be  entered to cater for an overall fixed price for the project. Billing frequencies can also be specified to create daily, weekly and monthly fixed price invoices.

Milestone Billing

Capped Billing
The Atlantic Global Solution provides the ability to set up contract lines that  enforce caps on timesheets, expenses or the total billable amount. Any time and expenses exceeding the cap can be either be deferred until the next period or written off if required.

Repeat Billing
Billing  schedules and frequencies can be specified and automatically set up in the solution to cater for clients who have monthly service charges, or any recurring charges such as subscriptions and license fees.

Advance Billing
Contract lines can be quickly and easily created to manage and track all of your advanced billing requirements.
The Atlantic Global Solution is fully multi-currency enabled, allowing you to specify the billing currency of each contract. Moreover, the solution also provides the ability to integrate with leading accounting and finance packages via web services API.
